Notice of Annual General Meeting in CONCEDO AS

Notice is hereby served that ordinary general meeting of Concedo AS, org. no. 988 217 867 (the
“Company”) will be held on Monday 23 May 2022 at 14:00 hours (CET). The general meeting will be
held via Teams.

To be sure that there are no problems with the implementation of the general meeting, pre-voting by
use of the proxy form is strongly encouraged. There might be no opportunity to vote when
participating in the Teams-meeting.

Shareholders who wish to attend the general meeting via Teams are requested to report this using the
enclosed attendance and proxy form no later than Friday 19 May 2021 at 16:00 hrs to:
